1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Sahasra Synergy platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, whether free or paid, and supersede any prior agreements.

2. Data Processing Consent

You hereby consent to:

• Collection of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy
• Processing of your data for the purposes outlined in this agreement
• Storage of your data on our secure servers for the retention periods specified
• Sharing of your data with third-party service providers (Razorpay, email providers, etc.)
• Automated processing for GST compliance, invoice generation, and billing
• Receipt of transactional emails and service notifications

You can withdraw this consent anytime by submitting a written request to connect@sahasrasynergy.com. However, withdrawal may prevent us from providing the service.

3. Service Description & Payment

We offer subscription-based business profile services:

• Rajat — Silver Membership: ₹999/year + 18% GST
• Suvarna — Gold Membership: ₹2,499/year + 18% GST
• Rajsi — Royal Membership: ₹4,999/year + 18% GST, includes advanced features

Payments are processed by Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway. Your card details are not stored with us.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Policy: Payment is non-refundable once the profile is activated. This is clearly communicated before payment.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

Exception: If payment was duplicated due to our technical error, a refund may be issued within 30 days. Contact us at connect@sahasrasynergy.com.

5. Invoice & GST Compliance

We generate GST-compliant invoices as per:

• Rule 46 of CGST Rules, 2017 (all mandatory invoice fields included)
• Section 12 of IGST Act (place of supply determined based on recipient location)
• GST Invoice Rule 47 (sequential invoice numbering with financial year)

Your responsibility: Ensure the information provided (name, address, GSTIN) is accurate for GST compliance. We rely on your accuracy.

Invoice retention: Invoices are stored for 6 years as required by tax authorities.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services:

We are NOT responsible for their privacy practices. We recommend reviewing their policies independently.

7. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Not use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise our systems
• Comply with applicable Indian laws (Income Tax Act, GST Act, etc.)
• Not engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior

8. Data Subject Rights & Grievance Redressal

Under DPDP Act, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data within 15 days of request
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request erasure (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Lodge a grievance with our Data Protection Officer

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party service provider failures (Razorpay, email providers)
• We are not liable for data loss if you fail to maintain backups

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our service (including software, design, logos) are the exclusive property of Sahasra Synergy or our licensors and are protected by Indian copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

You retain ownership of your profile data and content. By using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your data to provide the service.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Provide false or misleading information
• Violate applicable laws

Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ends. Your data will be retained as per our privacy policy unless a deletion request is filed.

12. Disclaimers

AS-IS Disclaimer: Our service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Tax & Legal: We are not tax advisors. While we generate GST-compliant invoices, you should consult a Chartered Accountant for tax planning and compliance.

Payment Processing: Razorpay is an independent payment processor. We do not store your payment card details.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, specifically:

• Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
• Information Technology Act, 2000
• Contract Act, 1872
• GST Act & related rules

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
